Design the destination as carefully as the source.

A legitimate receiving path does not automatically make every forwarding destination appropriate. These guides examine private-message boundaries, restricted previews, careful identity claims, manual work notes, and the difference between an inquiry and a durable archive.

Use them when adding a new source, changing a responder role, or evaluating a proposed connector. Ask what information is necessary for the next action and who can see each stage. When a supported access path is not established, keep the manual step visible instead of implying that messages are being monitored automatically.

Read the guides in the context of the actual source and account involved. An example priority, receiving path, or handoff is not evidence of a live connection. Use the channel directory to compare boundaries before selecting a workflow.
